Full passes allow the ticket holder access to all events during the 3 days of the festival (morning events and night events) before and after 6pm. Regular passes only allow access to night events after 6pm (Lagoun events and Wadi el-Tweilat events).
Basically, our door policies clearly state that entrance for morning events are exclusively for couples and mixed groups ONLY. Morning events will only be accessible to groups with an appropriate male to female ratio.
Hard liquor such as vodka, whiskey, rum, tequila, gin, and brandy are allowed inside our venues but with a corkage fee applied for each bottle to be paid at the registration office (location to be announced soon.). We highly recommend you register your bottles while you are registering your bracelet. As for beers, mixers, and soft drinks, they will be provided inside each venue by order. Please note that all bottles that will be allowed inside our Lagoun events and Wadi el-Tweilat events must be registered beforehand at our Registration office (location to be announced soon), otherwise it won’t be allowed inside.
We have always arranged to have designated taxis and Jeeps available and at various locations to pick you up and bring you to whatever venue you wish or back to your hotel. Transportation will be available with the following rates: Short distances within Dahab at 30 L.E. Shuttle bus timings will vary according to event and location. April 17th and 18th - Transportation to Lagoun event. Departure from the bridge in Masbat area (next to Go Bus ticketing office): (more info on shuttle times to be announced soon) Fees: 15LE/person, 80LE/whole car April 19th - Transportation to Wadi al-Tweilat event Departure from the bridge in Masbat area (next to Go Bus ticketing office): (more info on shuttle times to be announced soon) Fees: 30LE/person, 150LE/whole car
Where to redeem your bracelet? From our registration office (location to be announced soon), Dahab, we will be up and running starting on April 16th as early as 11 AM. We offer a lot of different services such as: redeeming festival bracelets, giving out any needed information, registering bottles of alcohol (Bouchon), registering for provided classes, and finding or delivering lost and found items. Your bracelet will allow you to our parties, depending on your pass type.
Age is restricted to 21+
Once you are at your hotel, check into your assigned room, once you’re settled, make your way to the Chill O’posite registration office (location to be announced soon) to receive your festival bracelet.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable; under any circumstance.

The most appropriate way is to exchange your local currency to USD, and exchange USD to EGP when arriving to Dahab. *Most ATM’s in the streets exchange USD to EGP. ** Yes, you can withdraw money out of your VISA card but it’s less costly to bring USD with you.
The weather in Dahab is summer all year round. It can get hot by noon and at night its breezy but NOT COLD. *It’s not a bad idea to take one light jacket with you (we always do, but we never use them). ** Actually, we never use most of the luggage we take.
Sure, you can get back to your hotel reception to manage extending your stay or send them an email, but don’t forget to call the people you love and tell them you don’t know when you’re coming back — Dahab’s vortex effect is real. As for transportation, the boat can be extended but with a 24-hour notice. For flights, any amendment is subject to an increase in fees (check with your travel agent). Note: Chill O'posite festival manages the accommodation booking during the festival dates only. Chill O'posite festival is not responsible for any Travel packages (please refer to your travel agent)
Wireless internet is free at most Hotels and Restaurants, but the signal and speed is not what you are used to in your hometown. we recommend that you leave your technology in your rooms and just enjoy Dahab as it was intended to be.
Head back to Chill O’posite’s registration office in Dahab (location to be announced soon) with a personal identification document and the damaged bracelet and our team will take care of the rest. Lost bracelet can’t be exchanged or refunded Damaged bracelet should be returned in full length.
Let’s be honest, service is not great. Patience is needed.
Send us a mix of 60 minutes to contact@chillopositefestival.com. If you have a band, send us your discography with your bio and technical rider. Even if we couldn't have the chance to host you this year, we will add you to our database for next year, so it's never a bad idea to share your music with us.
Most important things are your swimwear and slippers. We always take a light jacket and we never use it, but it's not a bad idea to have one with you!
By attending the festival, you agree to appear in videos or/ and photos that might be uploaded to the internet. Professional cameras are strictly not allowed inside the parties without permission from our team. For press passes and permission to cover please fill out the form of the Media Requests section in our Get Involved page on our website.
If you've found an item that might belong to someone attending Chill O'posite, please return it to our office in Dahab (location to be announced soon). If you've lost an item, check with our office, if it wasn't found there, the guys will do their best to help you out but of course this is not guaranteed.
